Depression
I have suffered from depression for about 10 years. It started with post natal depression. I
found that the medication made my mind numb and I have tried on several occasions to
wean myself from the medication. I always lasted only 2 months. I started going to John in
April for tight neck and shoulders which happened to coincide with me stopping
depression medication at the same time. It has been 6 months since I last took a depression
tablet and I am feeling strong and stable. I feel I can think again and I'm enjoying the
feeling of being free from the tablets. Thank you John and Usha for keeping me healthy
the natural way!
Asthma
Hi Usha and John
Here is my Mother's testimonial for you and John.
I am 78 years old and have suffered with Asthma for the past 50 years. I lost my
sense of smell over the years due to sinus problems and asthma.
Over the last year I have been having difficulty lifting my leg and getting in and out of
cars or off a chair. It has progressively worsened, to the point of overbalancing when
getting into trousers and putting on my boots etc.
I have also been having issues with bloating and discomfort with my digestive
system.
After only one session with John, I had the full use of my legs back, with no issue of
lifting them, getting in and out of cars or chairs and I no longer overbalance when
dressing.
After 4 sessions my sense of smell partially returned and will hopefully continue to
improve as I continue my treatments.
It has now been 6 sessions and the improvement in my Asthma is strong. I can now
walk a fair distance with ease and walk up stairs or hills way more easily, which I has
battled to do for a long time.
Since I have been seeing John and Usha, I am a new person. I feel like my old self
again. My body is lighter, stronger, and more alive.
I also feel able to face challenges and cope with things way more than I was over the
last few years. I am stronger, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally as
well.

Collapsed hip/lower back pains
Symptoms: collapsed hip/lower back pains
I was referred to HTT natural healing centre. I had a collapsed and twisted hip
through a fall at work resulting in a few hours’ sleep and constant pain throughout
the day. I had been seen by a chiropractor and each week had to go back for the
same treatment. I felt I was wasting my time and money.
I was so desperate for help and was over joyed when John corrected by hip bone
after 5 treatments. The treatments were painful but well rewarding.

severe insulin dependent diabetic
While I was at hospital, I met a lovely woman and asked her about cupping and she informed
me about Usha and John.
I am a severe insulin dependent diabetic suffering from venous insufficiency. There was an
area above my left ankle, next to the shin bone, that had turned black. It was soft and
painful to the touch. It also had a few pus-filled bubbles underneath the skin. I was told
that if the infection reaches the bone, it may mean amputation of that leg. I was very afraid.
I have been to the HTT Healing Centre for 6 treatments to date. I am grateful to Usha and
John as all treatments are carried out in an atmosphere of healing and calm.
Mr John used a combination of electrodes, dry cupping, meridian massage and ‘moxi sticks’
(which the client uses at home). I must reiterate that the pain has subsided considerably
(even though I do have my ‘off’ days). There is a remarkable improvement in the condition
of the diseased part of my left leg and the entire area is smaller and not so black anymore.
I am really satisfied with what this marvellous treatment has accomplished for me. Usha
